Inspired by the purest and most archetypical of all shapes, the circle, the Giotto Plus collection by CEADESIGN offers new configuration solutions to single-lever mixers

CEADESIGN's Giotto Plus collection was devised as a range extension of the Giotto collection giving new configurations to faucets through the single-lever mixer.

While maintaining the purist and contemporary lines of the previous collection, it is has a generous handle that houses the mixer cartridge. The recessed body uses the principle of PWF (Pipe Water Fitting), a quick coupling fitting to the hydraulic system, which simplifies installation and keeps the mixer cartridge in the external body. The faucets are completed by the Giotto accessories collection, in which the form of the circle is repeated several times to underscore its perfection.

What is it?
A collection of faucets in AISI 316L stainless steel inspired by the pure and archetypal forms of the circle. Designed to guarantee maximum compositional freedom thanks to the ductility of the collection, Giotto Plus is an expression of aesthetic and functional coherence, designed for those who love design, the quality of mechanical fabrication and an ecological and highly hygienic product.
What is its design concept?
Giotto Plus was devised with the purpose of giving the design of the geometrically perfect form of the circle an expressly human detail: a slight milling on the grip of the handle to make it ergonomic. This aesthetic feature is combined with the softness of the movement of the mixer control which allows the user to regulate both the flow rate and the intensity of the water supply. The technological innovation consists in the body recessed in the wall which acts as a connection to the hydraulic system, patented with the CEADESIGN industrial invention.
How is it made?
It is made out of AISI 316L stainless steel, a low carbon content alloy, recognized for its qualities of hygiene and resistance to corrosion by external agents, hence suitable for saline and sulfur-rich environments. Fabricated with mechanical processes, all CEA brand products are made in compliance with the principles of sustainability that characterize the company's philosophy. In addition, AISI 316L stainless steel is an ecological, recyclable, non-toxic and hygienic material. The finish is available in satin and gloss variants and all special CEA finishes (Black Diamond, Bronze, Copper and Light Gold), eco-friendly and biocompatible.
How is it produced and where?
It is produced in Italy. The raw material is supplied by Italian companies and the product is processed in-house. CEADESIGN has its production facility in the Bassano district of the Veneto Region, renowned for its metalworking tradition, where quality and reliability are synonymous with local synergies. A production characterized by precision and construction engineering, combining craft knowledge, technological innovation and sustainability.
How is it manufactured?
The products are made by mechanical processing with the use of numerical control machines, while the finishes are made following the mechanical technique of satin finishing and polishing with brushes. The special finishes are the result of a careful selection of colors and technological development based on the very thick deposition of mixtures of zirconium and graphite powders. Through an evaporation process in sealed (plasma) chambers, the powders condense and solidify making the steel surface even more resistant to detergents for cleaning and salty air and ensuring the surfaces are scratch-proof.
What makes it special?
Giotto Plus can be installed with the help of a quick-fit recessed body, a patent that simplifies and speeds up building and plumbing work while maintaining the technology of mixing the water in the aesthetic part of the product. The line has been developed in compliance with the principle of water saving and protection of environmental resources, through flow rate regulation systems up to 1.9 l/min, in compliance with the most demanding product certifications forwater saving.
