New Classic is the first collaboration of Natuzzi Italia with Fabio Novembre in the field of product design, a modular upholstery that declares how it is possible to innovate while remaining faithful to tradition, experimenting with shapes and technologies, maintaining that attention to detail and typical comfort. made in Italy craftsmanship. New Classic is a tribute to Chester, the sofa par excellence, a symbol of classicism: the iconic lines are reinterpreted in a contemporary key, giving rise to a project with a strong personality, capable of evoking a world, a place, an imaginary, which in this case are the unforgettable atmospheres and the timeless harmony of Puglia, where Natuzzi has its roots. The design cornerstone of New Classic is the harmonic intersection of round and square shapes, a set of volumes that overlap and unite, giving life to a sofa with generous and large dimensions. The option of being able to cover it in contrast enriches its expressive potential: in addition to the leather and fabric versions, New Classic can be characterized by a double covering that combines the two materials with a textile insert for the back / armrest volume and in leather for structure and seat. Finally, inspired by the artisan touch of the traditional capitonné, the simple rod seams emphasize the round shapes of the backrest and armrests.
