A waterproofing and decorative wall covering, Wet System is Wall&decò's patented system to ensure solutions of aesthetic value in interiors unsuited to ordinary wallpaper

Wet System is the innovative waterproofing wall covering developed by Wall&decò for wet rooms such as the bathroom and shower of private homes and hotels, as well as shower areas with more frequent and prolonged exposure to water. Presented for the first time in 2013, Wet System is an internationally registered patent: a true system consisting of various components (waterproofing primer, adhesive, printed technical fabric and protective finishes), that combines high decorative value – the primary function of wallpaper – with the technical properties of resistance to water and moisture, yellowing, abrasion and damage by chemical household cleaning products. The system is a valid alternative to traditional ceramic wall coverings, making it possible to experiment with solutions of great aesthetic value even in interiors that are not normally suitable for normal wallpaper. With a semi-glossy material effect and a thickness of about 1.5 mm, Wet System can be applied to surfaces faced with tiles, plasterboard, glass and two-coat plaster, ensuring rapid installation and with limited residues on the worksite.
