A house with an eclectic style, designed by architect Michele Della Vecchia, where the passions of the owners find expression through the sense of beauty

The interior design project involved the best brands in the furniture sector: Poliform for the sofa and armchairs, Mdf for the table (winner of a gold compass), Molteni, Rimadesio and Antoniolupi for the sleeping area and bathrooms. Clean and essential lines, among which modern and pop art works stand out: prints by Marco Lodola, a half-length by Jan Siwek, some pieces by Kspersee and Tim Tadder.

Art, design and technology

A successful combination of design and art, to which Vimar technology is added, which allows complete management of the home. Installing the By-me Plus home automation system was a precise choice, dictated by the need to always have every space under control, both locally and remotely. All functions can be managed in different ways: centrally from the touch screen, room by room via home automation controls or through an intuitive App. Everything becomes manageable in a simple way: climate, lighting, sound system, video door entry system and anti-intrusion.

Coordinate daily activities

Vimar technology was chosen precisely because it allows you to better coordinate every activity of everyday life. Temperature probes communicate with the heating and cooling system, always guaranteeing the ideal climate; the home automation controls allow impeccable control of the Viabizzuno lighting and the Flos and Guzzini lamps; the choice of the favorite song, as well as from the Vimar commands, can also be done via the system interface with other types of devices, such as radio, iPod, CD player, bluetooth; an external Pixel video door entry panel communicates with external TAB Free, ensuring a high definition image of whoever rings the door. While to better enjoy the spaces, the By-alarm anti-intrusion system was chosen for safety, which integrates with the By-me Plus home automation system and guarantees total protection from possible break-ins.

Total look effect

Finally, the design. The choice of Vimar was desired for the attention that the company places on the aesthetic component of the products. In the various rooms, buttons, controls and home automation devices of the Eikon Exé line alternate, framed by metal plates and inserted in rooms of simple elegance. Two finishes are chosen: matt white and anthracite gray. Complementary to each other but both able to create a total look effect thanks to the combination with the keys.
