A project that imagines the bathroom in harmonious continuity with the other rooms in the house

Nature is at the centre of the new Blade programme by Modulnova (design Carlo Presotto and Andrea Bassanello) dedicated to the bathroom area. Wood and stone become primary elements: their essence is enhanced, at the service of a project that imagines the bathroom in harmonious continuity with the other rooms in the home.

Enveloping atmosphere

Precious raw materials such as antique oak wood and emperador marble find a refined declination in the project that mixes volumes and colours. The choice of using oak wood for the top allows its characteristics to be enhanced: the large surface area emphasises its materiality that is pleasant to the touch, while at the same time making it an essential element for infusing the entire room with an enveloping atmosphere.

Overall balance

The clear horizontal line defined by the top is emphasised by the combination with the Emperador marble panelling to which the raw workmanship lends naturalness accentuated by the pattern of its veins. Against this background of refined texture, the piasentina stone washbasin and flush mirror compose a dynamic picture in which each element contributes to the overall balance. A vertical beam of light marks the boundary between the full-height iron dust metal columns and the boiserie, enhancing the raw workmanship.

Endless potential

In this interplay of volumes, shadows and materials, the combination of top, washbasin, boiserie and tall units confirms the potential of the Blade programme: a combination of exclusive materials and unprecedented volumes accentuates the personality of the Modulnova lifestyle.
