Tufté, design Silvia Prevedello, a balanced compromise between form and function

Tufté, "quilted", is the name of the bed designed by Silvia Prevedello for Novamobili which celebrates the upholstered headboard with capitonné workmanship that is the protagonist of this piece of furniture. The large dimensions, the choice of quality fabrics and the attention to detail (the stitching created by the vertical and horizontal stitching) give the headboard a classic aesthetic with a unique character and at the same time offer the greatest possible comfort at any time of day.

An important headboard

"Tufté expresses the constant search for a balanced compromise of form with functionality": this is how the designer sums up the design idea of the bed. For this reason, the verticality and grandeur of the headboard has been flanked by a linear and essential bed frame, upholstered in upholstered fabric, with fully removable covers, and supported by slender cylindrical wooden feet. Despite the large headboard, the bed's shape is restrained, making it adaptable to rooms of different sizes.

Two sizes and many fabrics to choose from

Tufté is available in two different sizes for 160 cm and 180 cm bed bases. The headboard, always 114 cm high, can be customised with one of the many fabrics available in the catalogue, all with removable covers.
