“These first months of operation in London have confirmed the force of penetration of Moooi in the UK, increasing the visibility of our design in public and private spaces.

The White Building is a space that offers us the opportunity to display our design ideas. I love the creativity and the ‘serene’ energy this place offers”. Casper Vissers, CEO of Moooi, does not conceal his enthusiasm regarding the showroom the Dutch brand shares in London with Senso (the producer of resin floors): a monochromatic space that has celebrated its first six months by turning to the styling talent of Despina Curtis, who unleashes her creativity to make an unpredictable, magical ‘Fantasy House’. For this occasion Curtis has made a dreamy environment capable of combining the original spirit of the building with the iconic design produced by Moooi over the last 10 years. Walking through the showroom, visitors encounter a series of original display solutions on exaggerated scales, but also mysterious shadows and familiar silhouettes positioned in a theatrical setting. The temporary installation is also a chance to present the UK premiere of the latest new developments from the world of Moooi, especially in the lighting sector: from the table lamp by the young Japanese designer Arihiro Miyake to the Random LED by Bertjan Pot or the Dear Ingo by Ron Gilad.
