Square is the first Riflessi table with a patented top, presented by the company with the iconic Shanghai base that recalls the famous oriental game. The shape of the ‘barrel’ top is generated by the meeting of square and circular shapes: the surface is in fact the square one of a classic dining model, ‘softened’ by the refined absence of sharp edges: a design solution that, in addition to making the model safer, allows the arrangement of the table seats also at the ends. Fixed or extendable thanks to practical central inserts, Square is proposed with wooden tops 20 mm thick, made of flamed wood veneers with natural grain and obtained from the processing of FSC^® certified wood (coming from forests managed according to rigorous environmental, social and economic standards). These tops are available in Canaletto Walnut and Heat Treated Coke Oak finishes, and will soon be proposed by the company for all tables with a central base available in the catalog. Square is also presented with the top in opaque ceramic ‘marble effect’ finishes - such as Calacatta oro, Emperador, Noir Desir, Nero Greco - which guarantee extreme resistance to scratches and bumps, so that it can be used as a kitchen island and work surface.
