A multifunctional project transfers the aesthetics and functionality of the domestic cooking corner to open-air places as well

Customizing the project, with a wide choice of materials and finishes such as marble, stone, stoneware, steel and metal, and creating a model designed to measure and in every detail: Skill Gres Outdoor Collection, proposed by Modulnova (design Carlo Presotto and Andrea Bassanello) to experience functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics of an indoor kitchen even outdoors. For the body of the bases and structural parts, strong and robust materials were used for outdoor environments, able to withstand atmospheric agents and age without losing elegance. Then, standard AISI 304 steel and AISI 316 marine steel (for locations near saline mists and brackish winds).

Essential design

The essential and linear design that characterizes the Skill system can be identified in the Dark Depth lime-effect stoneware island (with stoneware top, sides and door) which contains the integrated washbasin (with foldable mixer that optimizes space) and adjoins the others two functional blocks in striped Graphite marble, whose raw processing enhances the materiality of the original texture.

Maximum compositional freedom

The technical equipment is interchangeable and removable: the hobs, electric and freestanding, in AISI 316 steel, are resistant to salt and atmospheric agents and can be freely positioned to reconcile cooking needs and techniques: it is in fact possible to configure the equipment with hotplates induction, teppanyaki, barbecue.

Always useful

When the kitchen is not in use, the elements can be removed manually, transported and repositioned at will. Practical covers prevent the infiltration of dust, rain and other residues. The setting is completed by an elegant snack counter in heat-treated wood resistant to wear and weather, with a painted metal base.
