Large spaces on board, versatility and a layout that guarantees maximum usability of the on-board areas characterize this 35-meter by Next Yacht Group. A yacht with functional and innovative design solutions, to enjoy nature with the elegance of a house by the sea. And with great marine performance

It is a yacht that welcomes, the new Maiora 35 Exuma. And Lady Nina is the first unit of this new line of the brand of Next Yacht Group, on display for the first time at the Yachting Festival in Cannes.

She was made for a experienced owner who loves the sea and wants to experience it in a total way. This can be perceived by the exceptional livability that the layout offers, ideal for prolonged stays on board, but also by the advanced technologies and unique performance that the boat is equipped with.

With a design of the exteriors decidedly based on taut and muscular lines and a very classic white livery, Maiora 35 Exuma extends over 35.20 meters in length, 7.90 meters wide and three bridges created with important internal heights, like those of a house, and oriented in the name of maximum usability of spaces and contact with the outside.

Starting from a stern, she is welcoming and characterized by a large, elegant staircase that leads directly to the sea: in an instant she plunges into the sea; and you can land easily, and in great style, with the tender (a unit of over 6.5 meters which then finds accommodation in the floodable side garage).

The layout has been designed to offer continuous interconnection between in and out, while preserving the owner's privacy. The rooms are bright, the natural light enters abundantly through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the saloon and the large windows in the owner's suite; even the guest cabins on the lower deck are illuminated by natural light, a feature that is not taken for granted on board.

The interior finishes are also complicit in the game of contrasts, where the walnut canaletto, with inserts in wengé of the walls, alternates with the canaletto walnut of the floors harmoniously combined with a warm oak of the ceilings (ie the ceilings) for a very charming on-board atmosphere.

In the lounge, the slate decorates some of the main furniture and two custom-made cellars enhance the prestige of the environment with the selection of the owner's wines and the precious collection of tequila.

Furniture by B&B, Lema Maxalto and fabrics by Zimmer Rohde and Dedar, combine to create interiors from contemporary and refined style.

The concept of double wheelhouse present on board is interesting, leading to strategic and unusual stylistic choices. To the bridge intended for the exclusive use of the captain, another one has been added on the upper deck where the owner can take the commands whenever he wants and in an instant leave them to the captain on deck and continue to enjoy the life on board with guests.

It is located on the fly, a space of 45 square meters versatile and totally convertible: the windows up & down side and front, the stern door with concealed front opening and a moon-roof on the sliding top transform this closed space into a totally open but sheltered area, where less than a minute you can enjoy the breeze at sunset or dine under the stars.

Last but not least, Lady Nina can reach 35 knots maximum speed in all comfort and without vibrations, powered by three hydrojets, combined with three engines of approx. 2000Hp. A type of propulsion that allows different cruising speeds, with significant reductions in consumption: at 10 knots it consumes 160 liters/hour with two engines and a generator running, and at 20 knots the consumption per mile becomes constant.

Two gyroscopic stabilizers (Seakeeper 35) together with waterjet propulsion finally allow stable and vibration-free navigation, as well as reaching the shallows of wonderful islands.
