The new Impronte collection for maximum customisation of the bathroom

Evolving, changing skin is in the nature of design. But when design reaches its maximum expression, it produces what we call icons with an abused word. So the question is: can an icon evolve and change skin? The answer is yes, if the changes are not tinsel but the sign of a profound research that prolongs the meaning of that creation over time.

Classic contemporary

This is what happens with Diametro35, the Ritmonio series emblematic of made in Italy that for over twenty years has assumed a prestigious role in the world of design taps and fittings, decreeing the company's international success. Diametro35 is more than a single creation: it is the fulcrum of an ambitious expansion project, which has led to the launch of new collections designed to reach different market segments and propose an increasingly diversified and competitive offer. In short, an icon that is updated, even if this may seem an oxymoron, a contradiction in terms, and enriched with new declinations, confirming itself as a contemporary classic.

Unique details

The latest example is the Diametro35 Impronte collection: a distinctive sign to give expression to the most diverse styles and infuse bathroom environments with an even stronger identity. Ritmonio's research, aimed at a greater possibility of customisation, arrives with Impronte at three-dimensional textures, giving shape to a collection composed of four exclusive imprints, to reinterpret products with originality: Prisma, Tratto, Rigo, Punto. Interpretations of style that are enriched with unique details: a new material and tactile dimension for the control of the mixer, proposed with or without lever, which becomes the absolute protagonist of the bathroom environment.

A new identity

Luca Ritmonio, the company's managing director, explains: 'Diametro35 has been our flagship series for over twenty years. A product, based on the principles of ergonomics and the uniqueness of form and function, that has always remained true to itself, even though since 1999, the year it was launched, it has never stopped evolving in terms of materials and uses: over time we have introduced the Inox version, for example, or the Concrete version with concrete control. We also launched the Kitchen series, based on the same criteria of ergonomics and formal cleanliness that have been the success of this product. The current extension of the range aims to give a new identity to an already well-known series, focusing on customisation, to respond to a need that we felt was growing stronger and stronger in the interior market".

A total bathroom concept

Diametro35 Impronte, in particular, allows you to choose from four different textures to enrich the mixer control. The control itself is offered in sixteen different finishes, to be chosen to match or contrast with the faucet body. The Diametro35 Impronte are also available for the Elementa for Diametro35 Impronte accessories and for the Diametro35 Wellness Impronte showerhead line. "Ours," Ritmonio concludes, "is a total bathroom concept that aims at the realisation of a customised furnishing programme involving all elements to create a space fully in tune with the tastes of designers and end users."
