Functionality, solid construction and design are the basis of the unstoppable success in both sailing and motor boats, of the Forlì shipyard. Today, with a strong group behind it, it aims for new and ambitious goals. And it announces two world debuts: the Grand Soleil 52 Performance and the Pardo GT75

Tenacity and determination. And a strong propensity to look far ahead with the same foresight towards two different worlds such as sailing and motoring. These are the guidelines of the success of Cantiere del Pardo which since its foundation in 1973 has made possible the creation of first the Grand Soleil Yachts, sailing boats with a high content in terms of functionality, construction solidity and design (not to mention the performance with a unique list of victories); then also motor boats, thanks to the collaboration of internationally renowned designers.

In 2017, Cantiere del Pardo launched the first 43-foot Walkaround (with the walkway that runs around the perimeter of the boat) under the Pardo Yachts brand, taking advantage of all the know-how gained in sailing to create a distinctive design. The lines of the Pardo Yachts models are easily recognizable, with features that are immediately identified with the brand, making each boat an icon of the brand itself.

The more than positive response from the market meant that three ranges were born in a short time: Walkaround, GT and Endurance, for a total of eight models.

Added to all this is the acquisition in 2020 of the VanDutch Yachts brand, known for its open motor yachts with elegant, sleek and recognizable lines, a range consisting of four models (VD32, VD40, VD48, VD56), which will soon be joined by the flagship: the VD75, the first model with the new interiors designed by the shipyard.

In this ongoing race towards targeted expansion, in 2023, the year of its 50th anniversary, Cantiere del Pardo has also announced the entry of the Veronesi family into the Oniverse group (which includes brands such as Calzedonia, Tezenis, Intimissimi, Falconeri, Antonio Marras, Atelier Eme and Signorvino).

An important change that has allowed the transfer of Oniverse's know-how and strategic vision to a new but extremely interesting market for the group, such as the nautical one.

Primary objective: to further grow Cantiere del Pardo with further investments in research and development, and the expansion of the product ranges, with greater customization possibilities. A first milestone in this sense are the two world debuts at the Cannes Yachting Festival where it presents the Grand Soleil 52 Performance and the Pardo GT75.

Inspired by the legendary lines of the Grand Soleil 52 (designed in 1987 by Germàn Frers, a well-known name in the firmament of high-performance yacht design), the GS52 Performance marks the return of a legendary boat, produced at the time in about sixty units and defined as a masterpiece destined to last over time.

The new concept is by Cantiere del Pardo while the tried and tested duo Matteo Polli and Nauta Design took care of the naval architecture and the exterior, interior and layout design respectively. The Grand Soleil 52 Performance takes up the elegance of its progenitor and that harmony of forms that has always translated into stability and performance.

Studied down to the smallest details to make the most of the volumes, it offers uncommon habitability for these dimensions without affecting the weight. The Pardo Yachts range is expanding with the Pardo GT75, the new flagship of the GT range, which offers the experience of a villa on the sea, with its rational layout, large sunbathing areas and lounge areas both aft and forward to enjoy privileged contact with the sea.

Its concept created by Cantiere del Pardo (with naval architecture by Zuccheri Yacht Design; exteriors and interiors by Nauta Design) embodies the brand's philosophy: to create easy-to-handle yachts with unmistakable lines, capable of highlighting not only the design but also Italian craftsmanship.
