The know-how of the shipyard, which has been creating unique and recognizable superyachts for over 60 years, was applied in the prestigious architectural project for the redevelopment of the Ancona production site. With the same philosophy and the same winning inspiring principles

An architecture conceived and created like a superyacht. Megayachts built like architecture. Can two situations so (apparently) distant from each other share the same construction principles? Yes, especially if there is a brand of the caliber of to make everything work CRN.

Because the know-how of a shipyard with 60 years of history, during which it has created unique and recognizable projects in the nautical field, introducing standards that have become a global reference in pleasure boating, has been applied to a new and ambitious architectural project .

In fact, the new Executive and hospitality spaces of the metal superyachts division were recently inaugurated in the Superyacht Yard of Ancona, the multi-brand hub of the Ferretti Group.

The building is part of a large project for the redevelopment of the Ancona shipyard, a global reference point for luxury pleasure boating.

Here all the CRN super and megayachts in metal from 60 to 90 meters are tailor-made, as well as the entire Made-to-measure Custom Line range from 30 to 43 meters in composite and the Branded flagship superyachts totally in aluminium: Riva Superyacht Division 50 meters, Custom Line 50 meters and Pershing 140.

The construction criteria placed on the site are the same: completely custom creations, innovative concepts, extremely high craftsmanship, attention to detail. And all while also thinking in a sustainable way.

The new building, covering a multi-storey area of approximately 4,200 square metres, was inaugurated in December 2023 and is the expression of a corporate identity that combines aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and well-being of workers.

They are spaces that welcome the visitor in great style and accompany the owner who comes here to choose his yacht, in an experience that anticipates the quality of construction of the vessel.

The architecture is cutting-edge and also expresses the existing bond with the city of Ancona. In fact, the façade, a prominent element and clearly visible to those arriving in the Marche capital, integrates perfectly with the surrounding environment.

For its creation, an in-depth study of the place, colors and territory was conducted; it is characterized by steel and iron structures with abstract geometries, large glass surfaces and pillars in marine shades.

Internally a staircase of great scenic effect connects the three steel floors, with marble finishes. Custom designed and built, it is a complex architecture, an expression of attention to detail and the prestigious work of applied engineering.

Maximum attention was paid to the comfort and sustainability of the working environment, with the installation of latest generation systems.

The interior project places emphasis on the total customization of the environments, the same used for every super and megayacht that takes shape in the shipyard, exploiting the highly artisanal skills and manufacturing excellence of the area.

Same customization dynamics that start from the materials (metal, glass, leather, essences and precious marbles) used in the details of finishes and furnishings. In line with the architectural approach, the same macro themes that guide the nautical world are also perceived in the interior design, with elements that recall luxury, beauty, comfort and tailor-made in every aspect, with furnishings and accessories also selected in the world of Italian furniture design.
