Among the novelties, the Limited Edition of the Arco lamp designed by the Castiglioni brothers

"To celebrate this important birthday, we thought it would be nice to tell the next 60 years of the company, starting from what Flos is today" explained Roberta Silva, CEO of Flos.

To do this, on the occasion of the FuoriSalone Flos (and until 24 June) it has chosen a special place such as Fabbrica Orobia, an industrial space of 6 thousand square meters, to tell its story to the public together with the innovations that look to the future of the world of indoor and outdoor lamps and lighting.

Concept title: See The Stars Again, in collaboration with the design curators Calvi Brambilla, authors of the exhibition project.

The ideal location to exhibit the Flos Decorative, Architectural, Outdoor and Bespoke collections seamlessly, even to go beyond the subdivision by traditional product categories in a world in which the interior design of environments is undergoing radical changes.

"With See The Stars Again we want to propose a journey to discover Flos. A story of a brand that, 60 years after its birth, is still equal to itself in terms of its essence but is also become much more "explain the architects of Studio Calvi Brambilla.

"The exhibition is naturally dedicated to novelties, presented however with other solutions and, above all, organized by design inspiration".

So here are the collections designed by Michael Anastassiades, Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, Antonio Citterio, Konstantin Grcic, Piero Lissoni, Guglielmo Poletti, Paolo Rizzatto, Patricia Urquiola, Vincent Van Duysen, Marcel Wanders Studio and the new collaboration with the Milanese designer Guglielmo Poletti.

And, in order not to lose the thread of memory, Flos also offers a Limited Edition of one of the most iconic objects in the history of design, the Arco lamp designed just 60 years ago by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. It is called Arco Kè and is available online in only 2022 numbered pieces.

Among the novelties, the Almendra lamp by Patricia Urquiola, designed using cutting-edge technology to minimize environmental impact. While Louis Poulsen, in the location of the historic pastry shop Taveggia, presents its pale pink Llinee PH and - at Galleria Rossana Orlandi - Upcycled PH 5 Retake.

Last, but not least, an appointment: at the new Flagshipe Store of FENDI Casa, in Piazza della Scala. Dove Flos is present with a new collection of lamps designed by Marcel Wanders Studio, Toan Nguyen and Formafantasma.
