PdiPigna presents 'Italians' at the FuoriSalone, the collection illustrated by Olimpia Zagnoli, with a site-specific installation at the Circolo Filologico Milanese

At FuoriSalone 2022 PdiPigna presents an international preview of the new 'Italians' line, a collection of notebooks and diaries designed by the most requested Italian illustrator of the moment, Olimpia Zagnoli.

To celebrate the collaboration, and to present the new line, the premium stationery brand has designed a site specific installation that will dress the external facade of the Circolo Filologico Milanese - Brera Design District - with vitamin colors and a graphic style in a contemporary code.

Inside the structure, then, the experience continues with the opening of a PdiPigna temporary bookshop, where each visitor can buy a preview of the pieces of the collection.

Olimpia Zagnoli, with her pop and always very chic interpretation, appreciated all over the world and told by important international newspapers such as The New York Times, The New Yorker, traces the Italian heritage of Pigna through his artistic imagination, designed in an ultra-contemporary key.

"For this collection I interpreted the Italian style by drawing two characters of fantasy, curious and irresistible, that we could meet at the tram stop, sitting in the front row of a fashion show or behind the counter of a bar"- says Olimpia Zagnoli.

Irony, elegance and lightness, are the three keywords around which the project was started. Three values that Italians all over the world recognize and appreciate.

The Italians collection will be available in Italy and around the world starting Wednesday 13 June 2022, immediately following the closing of the Milanese event.
