The design studio of Igor Rebosio and Giuseppe Varsavia signs the interior design of an exclusive flat within the Private Residences of the Four Seasons in Marrakech

De.Tales, an international architecture and design studio, designed the interior design and styling of a flat within Four Seasons Private Residences Marrakech at M Avenue, a prestigious real estate complex managed by the hospitality brand. Comprising 85 units and elegant common areas, with a total surface area of 18,600 square metres, it is located in a newly developed lifestyle destination called M Avenue, in the heart of the tourist and residential centre of Marrakech, Morocco.

Moroccan inspirations

Over the years, Igor Rebosio, Founder & Design Director of De.Tales, worked on the interior design project of Four Seasons Private Residences Marrakech at M Avenue, with the developer NASLI Holding (formerly Downtown Hotel Corporation - DHC), a Moroccan group active in the hospitality investment property sector, as well as learning&education and healthcare. The studio worked on a contemporary interior design concept with Moroccan inspirations that respected the aesthetics and standards of Four Seasons and its unique hospitality concept.

Virtuous interactions

The design is characterised by a pure decorative linearity, which merges with elegance and coherence of proportions, under the sign of an immediate language in which forms, light and space dialogue, creating virtuous interactions. For the styling of this centrally located private residence on M Avenue, De.Tales designed rooms in warm tones, with a palette ranging from burgundy to bright red, dark orange, sienna and mustard, to cooler shades such as dark green and olive. The atmosphere is intimate, made unique by a careful selection of furniture and artwork by Moroccan and international artists.

Contemporary furniture and works of art

The residence features a careful juxtaposition of contemporary furniture, bearing the signature of Roche Bobois (Maroc), traditional elements with Moorish influences, as well as pieces from local art and design galleries (ZL Gallery, Hicham Bnoussina). The spacious living and dining areas are designed to create a unique and fluid ensemble, to dialogue in harmony with local taste and style, interpreted by the use of antique carpets, vases and pieces of Moroccan art and colonial-style light fittings (from Henry Cath), for a layered look&feel.

Precious marbles and garden retreats

Soft shapes and textured finishes characterise the furnishings in the sleeping areas, with extensive use of intense tones that create a warm and captivating atmosphere. The bathrooms feature spa accessories and are clad in Bianco Calacatta marble. The flat has a large terrace - overlooking the complex's private swimming pool - to be experienced as a garden retreat and a natural extension of the living area, thanks to the soft loungers and comfortable armchairs, for a convivial space immersed in greenery outlined by luxuriant plants (courtesy of Hibiscus Jardinage).

Exclusive services

In addition, the flat has all the services and facilities of the Four Seasons (both hotels and residences) such as room service, concierge, secure parking, luggage assistance, 24/7 security, swimming pools, fitness centre, kids' club, party and cinema rooms and business centre, offering some of the highest standards of service in Marrakech in a residential setting.
