After three years of restoration work, the new Gucci Hub brings together all the Milan offices of the brand, the showrooms, the space for fashion shows, graphic design and photo studios for the first time in a location that now contains 250 employees.

The first step was the reconfiguration of the former factory spaces for new uses.

A new six-story tower with glass walls forms a vivid contrast with the red brick walls of the historic factory buildings.

The hangar once used for assembly of Caproni aircraft has been renovated, for a total area of 3850 m2, of which 2000 are set aside for fashion shows, starting in 2017. The new underground parking facility can contain 300 cars.

The interior design reflects the aesthetic vision of the creative director Alessandro Michele. The individual areas are an exercise in customization, with carefully selected furnishings, all one-offs that cannot be replicated or found elsewhere.

Theater seating, old bar counters, vintage screens, armchairs and tables contribute to create a relaxing atmosphere. An intelligent styling operation where there is an interesting piece in every corner.
