The first appointment in the program of events of Molteni &C and Dada, the encounter in the Milan showroom between Ferruccio Laviani (a designer who has worked with Dada for years) and Davide Oldani (internationally renowned chef, promoter of POP cuisine, Expo 2015 Ambassador).

The relationship between design and sustainability in the kitchen was the theme: from design to production of a Dada kitchen, through the tradition and professionalism of great chefs, the quality of materials and accessories, expertise and research.

Culinary episodes from the past, passions and innovation, in a discussion accompanied by an exclusive cooking show, using the Trim kitchen. Speaking of traditional Milanese risotto, Oldani explained his personal interpretation of the recipe, which he calls Zafferano, “riso alla milanese DOP Expo 2015,” made with an exclusive Carnaroli Lomellino blend rice from Riso Scotti, aged from 12 to 18 months for structured grains that can absorb aromas and sauces.

Another partner of the event was Kartell, with the collection of melamine plates I.D.Ish by D’O designed by the chef. The concept of the shop windows, developed in collaboration with Stefano Baccari, was a green installation with kokedama, known as the “flying bonsai.”
