Philipp Plein opens a new store in Milan, at Via dei Giardini 21.

The whole building from the early 1900s has been transformed by the architecture firm Claudio Pironi & Partners to create a store of 3000 m2 on seven levels, for the various collections of the brand.

The spaces stand out for their refined materials and architectural solutions, including a large skull studded with black Swarovski Elements on the entrance wall, and a Murano smoked gray glass chandelier over the black marble desk at the entrance.

The new Plein Sport brand occupies the mezzanine, where the head of a tiger in marble is seen in a glass case.

The central staircase and the two elevators in glass and marble offer access to the upper levels.

Shades of white for the women’s floor, with precious white Carrara marble; Black Elegant marble for the men’s zone, featuring smoked glass mirrors framed in stainless steel; and a delicate setting for the formalwear, in fine Afromosia wood.

The kids’ zone is playful, featuring a giant gilded teddy bear in a glass and brass case, symbol of the Philipp Plein Junior line, next to a candy station.

The accessories are displayed like true works of art.

The upper level contains a restaurant with a futuristic structure.

The office of Philipp Plein, on the 7th floor, is entirely glazed, with a magnificent view of the cathedral.
