Tecno opens its first flagship store in Tokyo in the fascinating Daikanyama district.
A space of about 300 m2 in collaboration with Team Iwakiri, the prestigious international architecture studio specializing in the development of turnkey projects.
The flagship store presents a wide selection of the collections, sharing the distinctive design found in all Tecno production: from the classics by Osvaldo Borsani P40 and D70 to more recent products like the new Vela seat by Lievore Altherr Molina, the Arcipelago seating system and the Beta operative system, as well as the successful Nomos table designed by Foster + Partners.
Tecno – active on the Japanese market since the 1970s – confirms its key role on the international scene, providing the community of Japanese architects with its production and design know-how, and its technological innovation.
The flagship store will be coordinated by Tecno Design Tokyo, a team of professionals capable of establishing a dialogue with big Japanese clients and architecture firms, proposing solutions for workspaces, collective facilities and homes. The space is a meeting place where architects, developers and contractors can develop custom proposals with the help of expert consultants.
