In Milan, on Via Meravigli, in the historical center, the new EY headquarters designed by DEGW, a brand go Gruppo Lombardini22, has opened in a totally ecological building with innovative spaces and technologies.
The challenge for DEGW – a reference point for strategic consulting on ways of working and the interaction between physical space and business performance – was to bring together the most advanced processes of contemporary work with the constraints of history.
The new headquarters of EY – a worldwide leader in auditing, accounting, transaction and advisory services – occupies a complex of buildings of almost 19,000 m2, with optimized spaces and rationalized circulation.
On ten levels (plus a large panoramic terrace), the spaces contain offices for 2500 persons, 1200 desks and over 170 meeting rooms.
The project of Physical Branding of the new offices has been done by Fud Brand Making Factory, a part of Gruppo Lombardini22 that focuses on communication and brand identity.
