Palazzo Poste in Verona, designed by Ettore Fagiuoli in the 1920s, is reborn in a residential project in tune with art and beauty

Near the city’s main attractions, this Baroque mannerist structure comes back to life thanks to the activity of Abitare Co. The repositioning of the building as a new residential complex, owned by the fund Aquileia Capital Services, also involves Milano Contract District, which has handled the interior design with an exclusive package of products and services that extend to art direction and the design of the show flat, and Tecma Solutions.

The initiative regenerates the historic building to offer 20 residential units. The new apartments have multiple rooms with private terraces and decks, alongside smaller customized flats, all with innovative services ranging from the conciergerie to the spa and fitness area, from co-working spaces to a food delivery storage area for residents.

After Milan, Rome and Turin, we bring the know-how and expertise of Milano Contract District to Verona in an iconic project of revitalization for the city,” says Lorenzo Pascucci, CEO of MCD. “Milano Contract District, with its offering of exclusive products and services, meets the needs of clients through an integrated process, developing solutions for the repositioning on the market of a building of great historical value, starting with the interior design.”
