From design culture to food culture

The Arclinea Design Cooking Schools, a ‘network’ of schools created with the design of Arclinea, now adds a new and important project on a worldwide level, inside one of the most interesting spaces of the city of Florence, the Central Market at San Lorenzo. Artisans of taste and research, at work to practice slow cooking and to offer visitors a unique experience of slow tasting. 12 shops, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a lounge bar, the large classroom of the Cooking School, and the Wine School classroom, designed and installed by Arclinea, to enjoy the best of Tuscan food and more, in a 360° immersion in culture and taste, to experience, read, narrate and learn. The authenticity of flavors is the goal and the means: excellent foods and wines, carefully selected, with an accent on Tuscan character and biodynamic cultivation. A new, contemporary perspective on the rediscover of real, honest, simple and high-quality food, offered at the correct price, and joined by a virtual bank, a bookstore, a green delivery service and a handy underground parking area for visitors.
