Meeting Point Istituto Marangoni Via Cerva 24 Milano

Italy has proved to be reactive and at the forefront: it was in fact the first country, outside the United States, to regulate the sector of the Benefit Corporation. Many companies are amending their statutes by including in the exercise of economic activity, in addition to the purpose of dividing the profits, purposes of common benefit. With the mission of operating in a responsible, sustainable and transparent way towards people, communities, territories and the environment, cultural and social assets and activities, organizations and associations and stakeholders. These purposes are fully included in the corporate purpose of the company and must be pursued by trying from time to time to balance the interest of the shareholders with that of all the other people and entities involved. To raise the stakes, put on the pitch the responsibilities of management, and confirm its credibility in the markets, also international.
