Milano Contract District: the launch of the second property of the Prestige collection of Reale Immobili continues with Turin. An ambitious new residential project in the luxury rental sector

The residential real estate sector, in the post-Covid phase, has gone through a pause across the country in terms of buying and selling, although it has also underlined the fact that for Italians the home represents the safe investment asset par excellence.

In this perspective the sector of rental properties, especially in the high end of the market, is under close scrutiny among professionals as an element that could restore profitability to the residential real estate sector.

Lorenzo Pascucci, founder of Milano Contract District, agrees that precisely the luxury rental marked has been part of a new and important process of urban renewal in Turin: Torre Littoria. The building, near Piazza Castello in the center of the city, has 19 floors with almost 90 meters of height, and represents one of the five tallest buildings in the city, with a breathtaking view of the skyline.

The property is one of the residential assets reporting to the real estate division of Reale Immobili and is part of the Prestige Collection of residential buildings in outstanding locations.

In coordination with the design studio of Camerana & Partners, responsible for the art direction and layout of the apartments in the tower, Milano Contract District was asked by the client to support the studio in the creation of the interior design, on which the Design&Build project team worked for over 15 months.

The apartments are subdivided into one-story and duplex single units with terraces. They are available in different sizes and equipped with solutions that make the spaces functional and in compliance with new standards of habitat comfort. Smart furnishings with avant-garde home automation systems that offer differentiated climate control for every zone of the house, and connectivity in every room. All inside a unique building of exceptional historical and cultural value, with exclusive services like the conciergerie, and areas set aside for wellness and sharing.
