The entry of funds in the corporate structure, besides providing liquidity for investment, has the aim of reinforcing the company’s organization, supporting entrepreneurs in the definition of their growth strategies and helping them to manage the process of internationalization, increasing visibility and optimization of processes and costs. This is not always the solution, but it is clear that the business models of Italian companies are changing, confirming greater familiarity and expertise with digital tools, and the need to create critical mass to approach increasingly unstable international markets, without sacrificing identity and heritage.
