Istituto Marangoni opens its new Design School in the fashion and design quad in Milan

Istituto Marangoni enters the world of design by opening a new Design School in Milan. A project that involves the participation of the architect Giulio Cappellini and the creative team of the Cappellini company, which for years has furnished the spaces of Istituto Marangoni in Milan, London, Paris, New York and Shanghai, offering fashion courses for students from all over the world. In Milan, on the very central Via Cerva, a new structure has been opened, entirely devoted to the teaching of subjects connected with furniture design: 2500 square meters on multiple levels, designed and furnished under the artistic direction of Giulio Cappellini. The new Design School comes from the desire to interface two different but parallel worlds of Made in Italy, fashion and design, at the level of image, communication and marketing in the world. The new school, directed by Massimo Zanatta and coordinated by Malcolm McInnes, has the goal of developing the creativity of students, starting with the concept of Made in Italy and the legacy of Italian crafts. www.istitutomarangoni.com
