10 years of collaboration between Armani Casa and Rubelli

Excellence and unique identity, Made in Italy and international spirit. These are the factors shared by Giorgio Armani and Rubelli, now celebrating 10 years of collaboration. Since 2009, the year of the signing of the partnership between the two companies, new Armani/Casa Exclusive Textiles by Rubelli collections have been created, with an inimitable style shifting through different expressions of the solid bond between fashion and decor.

The Giorgio Armani touch is a constant in the collections, with elegant references to Art Deco and Japanese figurative art, in animalier and timeless damier motifs. The typical pale hues and the use of “non-colors” have always been earmarks of the Armani aesthetic.

This background is reinforced by flashes of strong colors that form a contrast with the more neutral tones of dove gray, sand, ivory, beige and greige. Ruby red, jade green, Arctic blue, coral orange and precious metal tones form a sophisticated range, at times resembling the palette of the latest fashion collections. Alongside the designs and patterns of fabrics, there are also special textures, weaves, micro-patterns, pleated fabrics, along with the typical canneté motifs.

Thanks to age-old know-how regarding complex techniques of design and workmanship, Rubelli transfers the creative genius of Giorgio Armani into haute couture decor collections.
