An artistic contest in collaboration with GoPro narrates the exhibition Human Spaces

An artistic contest in collaboration with GoPro narrates the exhibition Human Spaces organized by Interni (in all its locations: State University of Milan, Orto Botanico di Brera, Piazza Sempione-Arco della Pace and Torre Velasca) from an innovative viewpoint, involving students of the masters program in photography of IUAV University of Venice.

The objective is to stimulate photographic research with an unconventional device, interpreting the theme of Human Spaces through a series of photographic projects (not individual shots).

The use of a particular action camera that can be worn or placed anywhere alters the approach to the subject.

The jury composed of Nicoletta Caluzzi of Iaki, Carlo Biasia of Interni, Andrea Pertoldeo and Marta Tonelli of the photography department of IUAV evaluated the works based on criteria of pertinence to the theme of Human Spaces, suitability for the device itself, vantage point and composition of the photographs (making good use of the type of camera, to adapt to the GoPro technology) and overall daring in the project formulation.

Some of the results are seen here, by the students: Giorgio Andreoni, Giulia Baroni, Sara Bassi, Costanza Maria Betti, Nicole Pavone, Cinzia Romanin.

The three winning projects will be published in the July-August issue of Interni.
