Heritage is the new project by Cyrela and Pininfarina featuring large layouts and luxury services, making it a pioneer in the new era of high-end residential development. Located in Rua Leopoldo Couto Magalhaes Junior in the Itaim Bibi zone of Sao Paulo in Brazil, the project now under construction combines elegance with fluid lines. With its innovative architectural concept, the building will become one of the icons of the city center.

The building has 32 floors and includes 31 apartments with large balconies – one unit per floor – ranging from 570 to 700 square meters in size. “Smart design anticipates future scenarios to create continuous innovations that focus on the user experience and quality of life,” says Paolo Pininfarina, president of Pininfarina.
