A vacation home designed by Pedevilla Architects with Finstral window frames

Just above Bardolino, Studio Pedevilla Architects has designed and built a small vacation home for family use on Lake Garda.

The rectangular layout separates the daytime and nighttime zones. The latter contains two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the more social area combines a kitchen, dining room and living area.

The outdoor spaces mingle with the interiors thanks to Fin-Vista glass walls – with an all-glass corner – and tall glass doors reaching the ceiling, featuring slender lines of Cor-ten color Fin-Project Nova-line aluminium sections for light visual impact.

The Finstral sliding frames, in the same material, complete the facades while enhancing the architecture, without compromises in terms of insulation and security. The choice of aluminium is based on its unique properties: versatility, resistance to weathering, strength and easy maintenance.

Clean aesthetics, simple and coordinated details complete the stucco facade made with regional aggregate, along with the overhanging roof, to combine design with the particular features of the landscape.
