At the CISA, Centro Internazionale di Studi di Architettura Andrea Palladio, Palazzo Barbarano, (Contrà Porti 11), an exhibition of the winning projects of this event that focuses on already built works and puts the accent on the client, whose role in the creation of high-quality architecture is often underestimated. This edition of the prize had many participants: 700 registrations, 340 projects admitted by the selection committee, with entries from 52 countries. Four prizes were assigned: the Dedalo Minosse International Prize, the Dedalo Minosse Occam U.40 International Prize, the ALA Prize and the ALA U.40 Prize – together with 8 special prizes, including the Premio Speciale Nievo. Twelve projects received honorable mentions, and 54 were published. The strong point of the Dedalo Minosse prize lies in the fact that it is a meeting point between contemporary architectural culture and the society, paying tribute to personalities often left out of the spotlight, whose efforts help to enrich our architectural heritage.
