Tecno Spa, the historic brand founded in the 1950s by the Borsani brothers and helmed since 2010 by Giuliano Mosconi, acquires a majority share in Zanotta, one of the most famous Italian design companies since the 1950s.
Two parallel stories for two companies, Tecno and Zanotta, that have decided to combine their unique characteristics of know-how, expertise, reputation and credibility, consolidating and boosting operations on the main international markets, with complete offerings for the contract sector and the office – the area of concentration of Tecno – and for homes and hotels, the sector where Zanotta is famous.
