The prize assigned each year by the Architectural Society of China Landscape Ecological Academic Committee and the Beijing Green Building Association focuses on projects that stand out for a highly innovative and sustainable approach.
The master plan, for an area of over 4 square km, will be implemented in the Longgang district of Shenzhen. The main objective is to create one of the largest platforms of exchange of resources and expertise between Europe and China in a situation of sustainable urban growth on a human scale.
Progetto CMR will handle the implementation of the three phases outlined in the master plan: the Sustainable Urbanization Park, the Life Science Park and the 4.0 Business and Production Center.
