Material, stylistic and chromatic mixtures for a renovation project by iarchitects of a home dating back to the early 1990s, in the center of Trent.

Beyond the large entrance featuring intense gray resin walls, the large, luminous living area opens out as a single space for various functions.

The lounge area stands out for a comfortable sofa in neutral fabric, next to the dining area where a big table in dark wood forms a contrast with orange seats.

A small salon formed by two leather armchairs connects the two zones, separated in purely conceptual terms by a white cupboard.

The fine Slavonia oak flooring extends throughout the living area. From the Must collection by Woodco, it has been selected in the elegant Cool color, with warm amber grain thanks to the Osmo wax-oil finish that absorbs light, bringing out the natural beauty of the oak.

The visual continuity of the wooden surface is interrupted by an outburst of hexagonal stoneware tiles, marking the route towards the kitchen. The majestic concrete staircase, clad with elegant Cool planks by Woodco, leads to the attic level with luminous white beams.

Here the two bedrooms – master and guest – replicate the range of materials, in soft tones to heighten the natural light from the many windows.

The bathroom is like a small, exclusive spa: a low wall borders the space of the fixtures, concealing a special zone for the hydromassage tub.
