AGC Flat Glass Italia, the Italian branch of AGC Glass Europe, has been chosen as a partner by Hotel Viu Milan, the five-star design hotel designed by Architects Arassociati Studio together with the studio of Nicola Gallizia, for the external glass facades of the building.
The company was selected for its ability to customize glass to match the characteristics envisioned by designers in terms of color, energy efficiency, selectivity and reflection, offering a unique made-to-measure product thanks to the coating on demand service.
The specific treatment permits high levels of external light reflection, and very low internal light transmission. The building thus has a particular mirror effect, protecting the privacy of guests without generating internal glare, especially in the late afternoon.
