Designed by Studio Saraiva+Associados and STI Engineering, the ForteBank building is located in the new business center of the capital of Kazakhstan.

In architectural terms the building stands out for its structure composed of different overlaid modules, all of them staggered at different heights, based on the size of the existing tubular structure. The result is a design of great impact that adds great dynamism to the facade.

The new building features glass surfaces made with over 16,800 m2 of Stopray Vision-72T supplied by AGC. This high-performance magnetronic solar-control glass ensures a perfect combination of high light transmission and excellent insulation properties, with a low solar factor (38%).
