Scrigno solutions have been chosen for the prestigious Parchitello Alta residential complex created by Giem, and designed by the architect Giuseppe Furio. A work of great aesthetic and environmental value, based on the renovation of a construction from the early 1990s with 48 single-family houses and 63 apartments, in an area of 95,000 m2, near the sea in the town of Noicàttaro, province of Bari.

Elegant finishes are the key of interpretation of this complex in Mediterranean style: a context featuring natural stone, wood and marble, a teak poolside deck, and handmade doors and casements.

The ample outdoor spaces find a natural balance with the interiors, which feature the Gold and Essential counterframes by Scrigno. The material and structural solidity of the traditional Gold line and the precise detailing of the Essential doors – the highest expression of the renowned craftsmanship of the Scrigno brand – reflect the aesthetic requirements of the project, personalizing spaces while adapting perfectly to the overall architectural style.
