A project based on collaboration between the well-known food service company and the prize-winning chef Heinz Beck, Attimi represents a combination of the various characteristics of the two partners: everyday dining and high-quality cuisine. The objective is to make the excellence of haute cuisine more inclusive, not just in terms of price but also in terms of design, service, atmosphere and experience.
The architectural project is based on the concept of time. The use of different tones of gray brings day and night together: a pale shade for the bar and bistro zone, and a darker shade for the restaurant. Along the two areas large circular ceiling lamps suggest the path of the sun while unifying the space. The rigorous cool colors for a contrast with bright accents that pick up on the lively hues of the restaurant’s image.
The furnishings, materials and finishes have been selected from outstanding design companies like Artemide, Kartell, Driade, Pedrali, Lea Ceramiche, Hi-Macs, Arpa and Electrolux.
