In the residential zone of Revere (Mantua), the studio BiasiBonominiVairo Architetti has designed a single-family home organized around a patio, the central feature of the composition, which through large windows brings light to the entire house, generating direct contact between the interiors and the garden.
Privacy, spatial continuity and control of natural light are the main characteristics of this home with a contemporary architectural image, capable of combining high quality of internal spaces with advanced technological solutions.
For the glass enclosure, flexible solutions have been chosen with a uniform image, ready to adapt to different weather conditions (fixed and opening windows with sliding solutions), also with adjustable blinds inside the chamber glass, to regulate lighting intensity.
Schüco has supplied complete design support, offering flexible alternatives with clean design and affordable prices.
The choice went to the Schüco AWS 75 BS.HI windows and glass doors with the silver finish, with flap opening mechanisms. Also known as solutions with “vanishing frames,” they maximize the quality of glass surface while guaranteeing excellent thermal performance.
The enclosure systems are completed by the Schüco ASS 70 HI sliding single-panel units with lateral housing, and the ADS 75 entrance doors.
