Presented at the Monaco Yacht Show 2018 in September, the new superyacht Tankoa S701 Solo has already won the World Yachts Trophy in the category Most Efficient Large Yacht. Besides this virtue, the boat is also high-tech, eco-friendly and well equipped.
All the interiors of this 72-meter gem have been carefully furnished by FPD Studio in collaboration with Margherita Casprini to create a minimal, welcoming atmosphere in contrast with the more rigorous exterior. Pale and dark tones are nicely balanced, along with a discreet range of colorful accents for the furnishings.
The Italian shipyard Tankoa has again chosen the quality of Dornbracht for its creations.
Neutral tones and exclusive materials selected with great care are seen in the bathrooms of the luxurious cabins: the veins of marble are combined with paint finishes and the warm tones of wood, like oak and glossy Macassar ebony. By the owner’s request, the materials are natural, deployed in large carefully shaped spaces, with shower cabins featuring the Big Rain and Just Rain shower heads in the elegant matte platinum finish. For the washstands, the designers have chosen the CL1, an elegant but also sporty series that blends perfectly with the sinuous, dynamic lines of the Solo. Thanks to the innovative rain-like spray, the heads guarantee reduced water consumption (just 3.9 liters per minute) without compromising the pleasure of the shower experience.
