The Franke group – based in Aarburg, Switzerland – has acquired a majority share of Elikor LLC, a reference point for the kitchen exhaust hood market in Russia. The goal of the operation is to take advantage of the know-how of Faber, one of the biggest manufacturers of kitchen hoods for domestic use.

Faber, the business unit for hoods inside the Franke Group, will cooperate with Elikor to reinforce the position of the company based in Kaluga, Russia, especially in the development of high-end products.

Thanks to the support of the Agency for Technical Development of the Russian Federation, Elikor and Faber will join forces in the creation of innovative products in line with the latest lifestyle trends.
