Palazzo Vecchio in Florence has updated the climate control in the Sala dei Duecento and can again contain the complete series of Medici tapestries, safeguarding those artistic treasures.
The return of the tapestries comes in the wake of an overall renovation of the venerable hall, where the city council of Florence convenes every Monday.
The renewal project includes the contribution of Mitsubishi Electric Climatizzazione which supplied a climate control system for cooling and heating that ensures ideal air quality to help conserve the tapestries.
