In the city that symbolizes design, an elegant Conti Guest House embodies the urban chic style. For the restoration and interior design, the nod went to the architect Nicola Gisonda, whose strategic choices have created a facility in perfect tune with the needs of a cosmopolitan clientele that travels for work, tourism, etc.
The desire of the ownership was to promote the guest house as a luxury ‘residence’ and a place in which guests feel at home, living and working in a relaxed, familiar atmosphere.
In a quiet central residential district, Conti Guest House has been organized inside a three-story building, in keeping with the site’s existing morphology and identity.
The rooms, all with private bathrooms, offer four doubles and two singles for a total of ten guests. The colors range from black to gray, applied to different materials. The rooms have a contemporary design that focuses on the study of volumes and spaces for maximum comfort and functional efficiency.
Nothing has been left to chance, including the furnishing complements, all custom items that rely on the fine craftsmanship of authentic Made in Italy.
Natural materials like wood and marble meet with a careful chromatic selection to make the spaces warm and welcoming, for a relaxing atmosphere after a day in dynamic Milan.
A living area with a kitchen is available at any time of day, and a private garden offers a pleasant oasis of peace and quiet.
