The Dom Pérignon Lounge & Raw Bar offers a new proposal on the Milan socializing scene. The new space is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 18.30 to 24.00, and can also be reserved for private parties, for an experience in perfect Bulgari style.
A sommelier helps guests to choose which cuvées to enjoy, suggesting vertical tastings of particular and precious vintages, combined with a selection of special raw foods. For the a la carte menu, the chef proposes a series of surprises and unexpected flavors, perfect combinations for surprising contrasts and affinities with Champagne Dom Pérignon.
The furnishings have been made to measure by Cassina Contract, bringing out the identity of the Maison and carefully interpreting the five-start universe of hospitality of Bulgari Hotels&Resorts.
