Reggiani Ceramica, the brand created by the young artist Andrea Reggiani, launches its vision of the interface between fashion and design through an intuition that has led to the invention of a new method that calls for hand-guided 3D printing of ceramic objects using a thin strand of material, which is then fired and finished by hand.

The inspiration comes from the movement of fabrics, their fluidity and transparency, which can only be achieved with thread. Ceramic thread gives original, sinuous forms to objects that take on a new ‘soft’ appearance, as if they were made of silk.

This intuition has generated the table lamp Drape, l’Abat-Jour, suggesting an evening gown, or the translucent effect of a curtain in front of a window filled with sunlight.
