Giorgetti is now a protagonist of a unique project, a real estate development under its own brand. In the Upper Kirby district of Houston, Texas, it will be located in a lively, elegant context known for its art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
The building will have seven stories for 32 prestigious apartments (from 230 to 370 square meters).
Giorgetti materials, like maple combined with metal, marble, leather and fabric, are the inspiration behind this project: in particular the Origami cabinet designed by Massimo Castagna has suggested the creation of the outer facade of the building.
The apartments have wiring for audio systems, security devices and climate control, and outdoor spaces with open-air kitchens. The penthouses feature large terraces. The facility also provides a garage, a fitness center and a 24-hour reception service.
An elegant hall with Giorgetti furnishings welcomes visitors in a typical Italian atmosphere.
For competitive operation also in the contract sector, Giorgetti has developed custom solutions for the project in Houston, including a wardrobe system.
Giorgetti Houston also features kitchens developed by the company in a perfect balance between aesthetic minimalism and practical use.
Giorgetti Houston has been organized in collaboration with Mirador, the Texas-based firm specializing in architecture and interior design; Sudhoff Company, involved in real estate consulting and sales; and Internum, the retail partner that represents Giorgetti in several important areas of the United States.
