With Opening Velasca, the Torre Velasca, owned by Gruppo Unipol since 2012, is back as a protagonist of the city of Milan and its future.
Together with the urban dynamic of the plaza, featuring outdoor furnishings by Living Divani, and the Temporary Store of the brand on the ground floor of the tower, another very intriguing place, the famous building has returned to its central role in Milanese culture.

The project Opening Velasca has its literal high point in the decor of the penthouse on the 25th floor, where Piero Lissoni has created a space for exclusive events in which to sample the design concept that will guide the entire renovation of the residential part of the tower. Many proposals from the Living Divani collection produce a situation of refinement, thanks to pure forms and great attention to detail.

At the entrance the Inari desk of mist-o offers a spot for meditation and writing; the two-story dining room is outfitted with the Maja D armchairs by Piero Lissoni, with covers, for a touch of classic elegance.

On the upper level the first room is furnished with Rod armchairs by Piero Lissoni, the Strato table by Victor Carrasco with shaped wooden tops, and the Off Cut bookcase by Nathan Yong, obtained by assembling interlocking pieces of solid wood.

Rigorous elegance sets the tone with the Marquise armchairs by Piero Lissoni, with reassuring squared lines, the Track bench and Anin stools by David Lopez Quincoces, featuring impeccable details, on a handcrafted Wired carpet made in Nepal, from the Carpet Collection designed by Harry&Camila, and the total black Inari desk by mist-o.
