Hästens has launched a collaboration with the professor Francesco Peverini, a physician and scientific director of Fondazione per la Ricerca e la Cura dei Disturbi del Sonno Onlus, to prepare the ten commandments of perfect sleep: ten useful rules that can be applied in everyday life.

Sleep disturbances are an everyday reality for many Italians: 20% have taken sleeping pills at least once in their lives, and 10% are chronic consumers (for more than six months).

The ten commandments: choose the right sleepwear; choose the right mattress; use new mattresses and pillows; adjust bedroom temperature; pay attention to scents; prepare in the evening for the next morning; arrange the furnishings of the bedroom; avoid noise; close the shutters; eat right to sleep well.
