The floorplan has been modified with the insertion of half the terrace in the living area, without altering the facade of the building. Exploiting this extra space, the innermost zone has been extended to the balcony door. The space has been enhanced with a large American walnut panel with a fixed frame and large sliding doors offering access to the two suites.
The collection developed by the DesignTaleStudio of Refin with the graphic designers of Studio FM Milano has been chosen for the floor of the veranda and is the protagonist in the kitchen, cladding floors, walls and ceilings.
The forceful graphic language of Frame adds character to the space, which becomes the heart of the entire project. The suggestion of bygone times and materials evolves into a new concept of ceraminc flooring, with a futuristic thrust made possible by deep roots of innovation, culture and creativity.
